The cornerstone of evaluation of the MHT SIG is the MHT SIG Evaluation Team, which employs researchers and faculty who hold academic affiliations with the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa School of Social Work. The evaluation team provides for the evaluation of the grant, including the development of a Needs Assessment and Resource Inventory (NARI), outcomes evaluation under the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and a Cross-Site evaluation including all participating MHT SIG states.
